Vision Expo East at the Javits Centre New York in March, wrapped up its 32nd show reporting it once again had earned a ‘top show’ plaudit from the Trade Show News Network (TSNN). With a total of 715 exhibitors, including 190 new to the show, and more than over 16,000 visitors, organisers said it was a hugely successful and busy four days. For the first time at Vision Expo East, attendees voted for their favourite exhibitors in two categories. The winner in the category of “Most Creative Booth Design” was De Rigo.

Kiwi frame distributors Trish Orr and Caron Bowe from BTP International Designz, who count De Rigo as one of their brand partners, attended the fair. “Expo New York was fantastic for us. We have developed some new business partners alongside our current ones, Ogi, Seraphin and Bon Vivant, which all had a very busy show as always. The fair had a great atmosphere and the Irish band playing music for St Patrick’s Day added to the ambiance in the halls.”

As to what stood out as the latest trend at the fair, team BTP picked pastel tones and metallic gold and silver as top of the list.
