Rose Rogers has joined Titan Optical to manage the eyewear-side of things nationwide. Titan Optical director Campbell Gordon said he knew straight away Rogers was right for the role. “Rose has great people skills, a stellar work ethic and a can-do attitude. She’s also very witty and I know she will be a delight visiting practices.”

With a background in the performing arts industry, Rogers said the transition to optics is very exciting. The relationship-management skills she gained as a casting agent will transfer nicely to this new role, she said, adding that everything about the role has already exceeded her expectations. “It’s a fantastic new world for me and I’m really enjoying it. The industry is fascinating and the people I’ve met so far are all wonderful. Escaping Auckland regularly is also a big perk!”

When she’s not on the road with Titan’s eyewear portfolio, Rogers enjoys spending time with her seven-year-old daughter. “We love going to see live theatre and concerts, or relaxing at home while very eclectic music plays in the background!”
