EssilorLuxottica has unveiled plans for Switch: Vision Innovation Summit, a new global event series exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) and cutting-edge med-tech are reshaping vision care. 

Set for 9–11 March 2026 in Orlando, US, and 13–15 April 2026 in Monte Carlo, the three-day summits will bring together industry leaders, researchers and practitioners to discuss the future of connected healthcare – from AI-powered eyewear and data-driven diagnostics to advances in myopia management. 

EssilorLuxottica chair and CEO Francesco Milleri and deputy CEO Paul du Saillant said Switch would provide an “ideal environment for elevated conversation, discovery and relationships” as the profession enters a more predictive, personalised and connected era.
