Inspired by Sir Edmund Hillary, Auckland-schooled but now Sydney-based paediatric optometrist Shaun Chang established Eyes4Everest in 2014 to treat preventable blindness in Nepal. This year Eyes4Everest attracted 27 volunteers and a documentary film crew. We caught up with Chang to ask him about his passion for the people of Nepal.
