Healy Optical Group is in voluntary liquidation.

A notice of appointment as liquidator was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission saying it was decided at a general meeting in March the company be wound up and Michael Hogan and Brendan Copeland of HoganProwles be appointed liquidators.

The company continues to trade as normal at present. Both the company and liquidators have been approached by NZ Optics for comment but so far no further response has been received.
