Sea2see will launch its first clip-on collection, adding to its repertoire of award-winning ‘seastainable’ eyewear, at the upcoming Opti Munich fair.
The colourful clips represent the first recycled marine-plastic designs released in the eyewear market, said François van den Abeele, Sea2see founder and CEO. Designed to provide the utmost comfort and lightness for prescription lenses, they are sold together with the frame, ensuring the ultimate versatility to enable a quick change from optical to sun, he said. “Our new tech clips attach with four magnets – not just two – to ensure they do not move. We have also allowed for extra flexibility at the temples, reducing the pressure on the fronts and thereby making sure the clip remains straight and totally stable on the frames.”
The new clip-ons come with optical styles Adriatica, Alba, Cortez, Formentera, Giorgio, Ibiza and Palma.
