The RANZCO Practice Managers’ Conference was the first full online conference I have attended, so I was a little dubious about how it would go. Traveling to Brisbane for a long weekend and networking with likeminded people sounded so much more appealing than giving up a weekend to sit at home with a laptop, but the experience was much better than expected, being jam-packed with thought-provoking and practical sessions.
