Re:Vision Laser & Cataract’s former relationship lead Jennifer Silvester has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO), joining chief financial officer Grant Pearce on the senior management team.

With more than 15 years of experience, Silvester brings a wealth of knowledge in patient care, clinic operations and strategic growth, said Re:Vision founder Dr Trevor Gray. “Jennifer has been a driving force behind Re:Vision’s success, helping to strengthen relationships with optometrists, enhance patient experiences and support the team in delivering top-tier eyecare. Her passion for innovation and efficiency ensures that Re:Vision continues to lead the way as a premier eye surgery practice.”

“I’m thrilled to step into this role and continue working alongside such a dedicated and talented team,” said Silvester. “Re:Vision has always been about providing the best possible patient-centred care while fostering strong connections within the optometry community. I’m excited to help shape the future and build on the incredible work we’ve already done.”

As COO, Silvester will focus on optimising clinic operations, streamlining patient pathways and supporting Re:Vision’s ongoing mission to provide world-class eye surgery and a five-star patient experience. “I’m looking forward to strengthening collaborations with optometrists across New Zealand, ensuring patients receive seamless, high-quality care from their first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups,” she said.

“On behalf of the doctors and the Red Shoe Brigade at Re:Vision, we are proud to celebrate this milestone with Jennifer and look forward to the energy and vision she will bring to the role,” said Dr Gray.
