Phoenix Eyewear has introduced sustainable eyewear brand Botaniq to our shores.
The brainchild of Phoenix long-term partner Inspecs UK, and more than two years in development, Botaniq’s promise is to make you look and feel good while doing good, said Phoenix’s Mark Collman. “To achieve this end-to-end sustainable collection, Inspecs sourced the best materials available and – owning its own factories – has been able to control the production process and ensure that the values and quality levels required for full sustainability are achieved.”
The new collection consists of a blend of shapes for men and women and features really wearable colours not previously seen in this type of collection, Collman said. “Very on trend and fresh, and judging by the few customers who have seen it so far, it’s the best of its kind on the market.”
All materials are sourced from recycled or natural and sustainable sources, including wood, cork, bamboo, bio-acetate and recycled stainless steel. The demo lenses and all the packaging are also recyclable, said Botaniq.
