Partners in road safety since 2019, Essilor and Michelin have launched a new global awareness campaign, Together for safe mobility: Check your vision, check your tires.
The campaign forms part of the Movin’On international summit for safer mobility. It will be deployed progressively in pilot countries encouraging the public to take action with eye care and tire professionals and will be released first online, through the two companies’ social media platforms.
The campaign also builds on the United Nations’ (UN’s) recent recommendation calling on all countries to enhance national road safety systems and “ensure good vision for all road users”, both now part of the UN’s recommendations to achieve better road safety on a global scale.
