Eyepro has partnered with 1st Group to strengthen members’ online booking capability.
“These are exciting times for independent practices,” said Eyepro’s general manager Tom Frowde. “Talking to some of our members who are already using the MyHealth1st platform led to a meeting with 1st Group in December, and it all moved very quickly from there.”
The partnership will allow Eyepro members to use My Health1st, providing the convenience of 24/7 online booking, Frowde said. “This latest addition enhances an extensive range of resources available to independent practices via our Eyepro Business Support platform. We look forward to working with 1st Group on an activation process with members,” he said.

There is a growing trend in digital patient engagement across Australasian markets, according to 1st Group, which entered the New Zealand market in March 2017 and now supports over 95 optical practices across the country.
