Face á Face
This season’s Face á Face collection is inspired by the colour palettes of Paul Gauguin and Henri Matisse with vibrant greens, blues and reds. A new modern and feminine shape featured here is Boccawalk 2, combining matt finishes and transparencies to create an attractive look.

The Tom Ford eyewear collection includes a huge range of styles for both men and women, including the classic, thick and chunky round eye for men available in dark havana, featured here, as well as several other colours. For those wanting a lighter frame, the unisex transparent crystal grey frame in acetate with nose bridge and temples in metal, is still noticeably Tom Ford, but with a twist. Xavier Garcia launched its new acetate “Minimalist” male and female collection at Mido. The new collection features architectural and minimalist modern shapes in translucent single warm and cool popping colours. DVF by Diane von Furstenberg
DVF by Diane von Furstenberg is a new brand joining the VSP Australia stable from February. Diane von Furstenberg founded her famous lifestyle brand in 1972. Perhaps best known, originally, for its iconic wrap dress, Diane von Furstenberg has become a global luxury fashion brand celebrated for its bold, colourful prints. The new eyewear collection DVF, with models DVF5097 and DVF5098 shown here, offers optical frames and sunglasses with beautiful and bold silhouettes in translucent colours creating a layered look. Morel – Koali
Morel Lunettes’ house brand Koali has launched new model, Natice, a thin, light frame made entirely of stainless steel. The front is enhanced by a stainless-steel shell extending slightly over the top to add a touch of originality. To make the frame ever lighter, the front and the shells are joined together with a nylon frame when the glasses are assembled. Natice is available in four shapes, sized M to L, and each shape is available in five colours. The shells are available in several different colours and styles. FLEYE Copenhagen unveiled its new the Spring/Summer 2018 Signature Collection at MIDO and the second part of its smørrebrød campaign dedicated to Scandinavian food culture, using the imaginative colours, textures, and layerings found in a classic Danish smørrebrød.
