The Independent Optometry Group (IOGroup) has won the Canstar Customer Satisfaction Award for a fifth successive year.
The IOGroup is extremely proud to receive this award, said Campbell Wiltshire, IOGroup’s business development and marketing manager. “It has been a collaborative effort, while navigating some unique times over the last few years. The award is a testament to this group of health professionals, that they’ve remained accessible, professional and kind, all while providing quality solutions at the right price point.”
Within the group, a lot of effort has gone into emphasising the customer experience, Wiltshire said, including implementing new systems to facilitate a more straightforward customer journey. “We have also invested in more training to ensure staff are fully across all of the elements that their patients, and Canstar, value.”
IOGroup scored maximum points (five stars) on all subsections: overall satisfaction, service and advice, customer service, value for money, after-sale service, range of products and accessibility of store. Specsavers and OPSM came in second and third, respectively, equal on total points but with Specsavers scoring one more star (four vs OPSM’s three) in the overall satisfaction category.
