US brands LA Eyeworks and Ogi Eyewear have created The Optical Foundry, a multi-brand eyewear platform including LA Eyeworks, its sister design initiative Fiction and the Ogi family of eyewear (Ogi, Ogi Kids, Seraphin, Scojo, Bon Vivant and Red Rose).
LA Eyeworks CEO Robert Rich will lead the new collaboration. “Given the evolving challenges of the optical market, I’m excited to pursue a strategy where the maximisation of resources and organisation will allow each brand under The Optical Foundry umbrella to more fully pursue their own unique and independent visions.”
