MSO boosts support for expanding ranges

MSO welcomed Lindie Steyn to its customer service team and Jason Lai to its sales team to support its growing range of optical pharmaceutical products and its new Morel eyewear brands, having become the official representative of Morel in New Zealand.

“It is an exciting start of the year for us at MSO”, said managing director Gethin Sladen. “Just like us at MSO, Morel puts its customers’ needs first… This why we are thrilled to welcome both Lindie and Jason to the MSO team.”

Steyn is an experienced customer service professional with a pharmacy background, who will assist customers and the team with healthcare products sales, said Sladen. “Our range of pharmaceutical products is growing with imminent new launches, and Lindie’s appointment reflects our lateral growth strategy as we want to offer our customers a wider range of quality products to assist their businesses.”

Having worked in the optical industry for more than 20 years, Lai is passionate about eyewear and has been a Morel fan for years, he said. “Jason has a solid industry background and fully understands our Kiwi customers’ needs. With many new products landing this month, he is looking forward to meeting our MSO customers and introducing them to new models from Morel.”

MSO is now the official representative for Morel’s Lightec, Nomad, Marius Morel, 1880 and Azur brands, as well as ÖGA and Koali, which it already carried. It also distributes premium eyewear from ProDesign, Face à Face, WOOW, Vera Wang, Serengeti, Bollé and Minima; magnification products from Eschenbach; and AFT Pharmaceuticals.
