With many European frame designers revealing new collections at Mido, here’s a sneak peek from some of their 2019 collections.
Blackfin
Italian brand Blackfin’s Black Edition version of the masculine Ventura model has a retro-feel double bridge. It’s available in different colour combinations emphasising the graduated lens tints: grey with shiny silver/matte black frame, blue with anthracite grey/dark graphite blue frame and green with matte black/dark brown frame.
The new feminine Juniper Bay model has elongated eye rims and a butterfly top rim and comes in pale blue, powder pink, emerald green, raspberry red, black plus the stylish double Black Edition, featured above, in opaque black/light champagne gold and metallic pink/light champagne gold. While, the panto-shaped New Orleans model has a new beta-titanium bridge contrasting with the colour of the frame: gunmetal grey/metallic electric blue, Capri blue/dark brown, textured shiny silver/matte black, textured shiny silver/metallic pink blush and gunmetal grey/metallic red.
