Glaukos has appointed Neville White as regional business manager to support the rollout of its new corneal health business in Australasia.
A former orthoptist in a busy ophthalmic practice in Queensland, White has worked in the ophthalmic world for more than 23 years, having been optometry territory manager for Queensland for Designs for Vision and vision manager with Lumenis before joining Glaukos.
He said he was most looking forward to delivering cutting-edge technology in the exciting field of micro-invasive glaucoma surgery technology to help ophthalmologists help their patients significantly improve their long-term visual outcomes and reduce the incidence of co-morbidity associated with drops.
